Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Hotels has removed the foreign ownership limit of its shares, according to a recent disclosure on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
The company pointed out that the new step took effect on Monday, June 20 this year.
Abu Dhabi National Hotels stated: “There is no maximum limit for non-UAE nationals, whether natural or legal persons, to own the company’s shares.”
It is worth noting that a possible merger between Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) and ADQ’s subsidiary, Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC), came to an end last August. In June 2021, ADQ had submitted the potential merger offer.
