Mubasher: Kuwait Syrian Holding Company (KSH) on Thursday announced that Mohammed Abdulmohsen Al-Kharafi and Sons Co. approved the sale of 6.7 million shares, or 3.8%, of its stake in KSH’s capital to Mr. Badr Abdulrahman Albakr.
The transaction amounted to KWD 268,000, or 40 fils per share, according to a bourse statement.
On 19 November, Al-Kharafi said that it approved the offer presented by Albakr to acquire a stake of its shares in KSH.
Al-Kharafi, through its subsidiary Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Company, owns a 16.82% stake in KSH.
