Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday announced that Al Safat Investment Company purchased 1.87 million shares of Senergy Holding Company.
Al Safat Investment implemented the transaction at the range between 27.5 fils to 28 fils during Monday, 26 November trading session, according to a the bourse's statement.
It is noteworthy that Al Safat Investment Company owns 18.85% stake in Senergy Holding Company.
Senergy Holding Company last reported a 75.1% year-on-year drop in losses for the third quarter of 2018, reaching KWD 106,310, compared to KWD 427,070 ($1.41 million).
