Dubai - Mubasher: The financial statements of Al Sagr National Insurance Company (ASNIC) showed a decline in profits during the second quarter of the year by 59.6% year-on-year, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Tuesday that profits reached AED 6.77 million ($1.8 milion) compared to AED 16.74 million in the Q2-16.
As for the first half of the year, profits fell by 65.3% and amounted to AED 11.94 million in H1-17, down from AED 34.42 million in the six-month period that ended 30 June 2016.
