Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhaleej Training and Education Company has announced the death of its Chairman, Abdul Aziz bin Hammad Nasser Al Blaihed.
Al Blaihed, who was a non-executive board member, passed away on 28 April, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
The Saudi listed firm noted that it will announce any further developments regarding the appointment of a new Chairman.
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, Alkhaleej Training reported net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 7.93 million, up 21.47% from SAR 6.53 million in Q3-20.
