Mubasher: Americana Restaurants International, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) as well, recorded net profits attributable to the shareholders worth $259.22 million (SAR 972.09 million) in 2022.
The 2022 profits were higher by 27.10% year-on-year (YoY) than $203.91 million (SAR 764.68 million), according to the preliminary income statements.
Furthermore, the company generated revenues worth $2.37 billion (SAR 8.91 billion) in the January-December 2022 period, an annual increase of 15.90% from $2.05 billion (SAR 7.69 billion).
Earnings per share (EPS) jumped to $0.04 (SAR 0.15) in 2022 from $0.03 (SAR 0.12) in 2021. Meanwhile, the total assets enlarged to $1.34 billion (SAR 5.02 billion) from $1.08 billion (SAR 4.07 billion).
Last December, Americana Restaurants began the listing and trading of its shares on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and ADX under the symbol 6015 and AMR, respectively.
