Dubai – Mubasher: Amlak Finance has sold 821,275 shares, representing 0.00055% of the company's subscribed capital, through its broker ENBD Securities.
The selling price per share is valued at AED 0.26, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday.
Hence, the number of shares remaining for sale as per the approval of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) is 9.083 million.
It is noteworthy to mention that in the first nine months of 2020, the company reported net losses worth AED 41 million, down by 20% from AED 51 million in the same period last year.
