Kuwait - Mubasher: Salbookh Trading said that a court has ruled in its favour and rejected Medco General Trading and Contracting Company’s appeal, in a statement issued on Thursday.
The court upheld ordering Medco to pay Salbookh Trading about KWD 945,340 as well as KWD 100 as court costs.
Salbookh clarified that the court order has no financial impact on the company’s statements.
