Cairo – Mubasher: Misr National Steel (Ataqa) reported a surge in its profits during the first quarter (Q1) of 2021 by 361% on an annual basis.
The company’s profit reached EGP 63.34 million in the first three months of the year, compared with EGP 13.73 million in Q1-20, as shown by its disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.
Sales increased to EGP 769.03 million, from EGP 759.05 million in the same period last year.
