Cairo - Mubasher: CI Capital Holding For Financial Investments reported a 376% year-on-year (YoY) profit surge to EGP 977.84 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, compared to EGP 205.38 million, including minority shareholders' rights.
The revenues hiked to EGP 1.98 billion in the January-June period from EGP 1.03 billion in the corresponding period a year earlier, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.
During the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, the company logged net profits of EGP 974.55 million, up from EGP 103.52 million in Q2-20.
The H1-21 standalone net profits declined to EGP 161.44 million from EGP 170.99 million in H1-20.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, CI Capital Holding For Financial Investments posted consolidated net profits of EGP 3.28 million, down from EGP 101.86 million in Q1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
