Riyadh – Mubasher: City Cement Company has decided to distribute SAR 0.75 per share, representing 7.5% of the share’s par value, as a cash dividend for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The company will pay a total amount of SAR 105 million for 140 million shares eligible for the dividends, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
City Cement will disburse the cash dividends on 2 September for the shareholders of record date equivalent to 19 August.
The company registered net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 115.72 million in H1-21, up 4.95% from SAR 110.26 million in H1-20.
