Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated financials of Arabian Food Industries Company (Domty) has recorded EGP 32.55 million net losses during the first half (H1) of 2021, against net profits of EGP 63.83 million in the year-ago period.
The company generated revenues of EGP 1.32 billion in H1-21, down from EGP 1.45 billion in the same half of 2020, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
As for the standalone financials, the company reported net losses of EGP 37.42 million in the first six months of 2021, compared to the net profits of EGP 58.05 million in the corresponding period of 2020.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, Domty incurred consolidated net losses after tax, including minority interest, worth EGP 3.43 million, against a net profit of EGP 32.09 million in the same period a year ago.
