Dubai – Mubasher: Drake & Scull International (DSI) has appointed Munir Mansour as a new CEO for the company, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.
With a 40-year industrial and contracting experience in the UAE, Mansour has previously occupied the managing director position at Tarimans Group for over 15 years.
Prior to his position at Tarimans Group, Mansour was the general manager of Emirates Glass and served as a board member in Emirates Glass and Emirates Aluminum.
Meanwhile, the company also named Peter Lalor as a new chief financial officer (CFO).
Commenting on the appointment of a new CEO and CFO, the Chairman of the company, Shafiq Abdul Hamid, commented: "They join us at a critical time as we proceed with finalising the organisational and financial reorganisation plan."
