Cairo – Mubasher: Egy Capital Group has sold its entire stake of 14.12% in Odin Investments, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
The deal involved the sale of 14.14 million shares for EGP 63.43 million at an average price of 4.5 apiece.
In addition, Odin Capital Group for Financial Investments purchased 14.14 million shares for EGP 63.87 million at an average price of EGP 4.5 a share, raising its stake to 27.68%, a separate statement showed.
It is worth mentioning that during the first three months of 2020, the company incurred net losses of about EGP 167,110, against net profits of around EGP 500,360 in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
