Cairo-Mubasher: El Dawlia Fertilizers and Chemicals said its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on 30 December to discuss amending article No. 3 of the articles of association on cancelling the importing and commercial agency business upon the request of General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI).
The fertiliser producer posted net earnings of EGP 1.7 million for H1-15, falling 49.58% compared with EGP 3.37 million a year earlier.
