Riyadh – Mubasher: Elm Company has announced cash dividends distribution worth SAR 155.20 million, representing 20% of the capital, for the first half (H1) of 2022.
Elm will disburse SAR 2 per share for 77.60 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates for the H1-22 dividends will be on 29 September and 13 October, respectively.
In the first six months (6M) of 2022, the Saudi firm posted a 59.14% year-on-year (YoY) hike in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 444 million from SAR 279 million.
Revenues jumped by 18.98% to SAR 2.13 billion in January-June 2022, compared to SAR 1.79 billion during the same period in the previous year.
