Cairo – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Emerald Real Estate Investment approved a capital raise through a bonus issue.
The company’s issued capital will be increased to EGP 275 million from EGP 250 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
During 2020, Emerald Real Estate Investment logged EGP 19.05 million in net profits, compared to EGP 26.15 million a year earlier.
