Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Foodco Company’s shareholders approved on 23 July to sign a deal with a related party for the construction of two residential buildings on a plot owned by the company, according to a bourse statement.
The board also provided voluntary participation for the purpose of community service and authorised the board to determine the allocated authorities that will receive these amounts.
Voluntary participation shall not exceed 2% of net profit average during fiscal years 2015 and 2016.
