Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The financial statements of Foodco Holding Company showed a surge in profits by 566.5% year-on-year during the second quarter of 2017, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Abu Securities Exchange (ADX) on Tuesday that profits rose to AED 4.79 million in Q2-17 compared to AED 718,700 in the same period last year.
As for the semi-annual financial results, profits grew by 38.8% to AED 47.14 million in the first half of the year, compared to AED 33.96 million in H1-16, the statement noted.
