Mubasher: Jordan International Insurance reported a decline in profits by 68.3% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2016, as shown by the company’s unaudited financial results, according to a bourse filing.
Profits reached JOD 240,630 ($339,060) in Q3-16 compared to profits of JOD 758,520 ($1.07 million) in Q3-15, the company said in a statement to the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on Monday.
As for the first nine months of the year, profits also decreased by 48.4% to JOD 832,720 compared to profits of JOD 1.61 million in the same period in 2015.
