Jordan’s International Cards posts 65% profit fall in H1

Mubasher: Amman-listed International Cards Co. posted a 65% decline in net profits for the first half of 2015 to approx. JOD 78,332 ($110,150), down from JOD 223,860 ($314,810) in the same period a year ago.

In early April, Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) moved the company’s listing to the secondary market after the company violated a condition for primary market listing, which is that the company’s profits for the last three years should not be less than 5% of paid-in capital.
