Riyadh – Mubasher: Kingdom Holding Company recorded a 1,162% year-on-year (YoY) leap in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 6.35 billion during the first half (H1) of 2022, versus SAR 503.30 million.
The Saudi listed firm registered revenues of SAR 1.21 billion in the January-June 2022 period, an annual hike of 104.50% from SAR 596.34 million, according to the initial financial results.
Furthermore, the earnings per share (EPS) jumped to SAR 1.71 in H1-22 from SAR 0.13 in H1-21.
During the second quarter (Q2) of 2022, the company’s net profits after Zakat and tax amounted to SAR 427.14 million, up 3.61% from SAR 412.24 million in Q2-21.
The Q2-22 revenues enlarged by 82.58% YoY to SAR 769.47 million from SAR 421.45 million.
In the first three months (3M) of 2022, the net profits after Zakat and tax of Kingdom Holding shrank by 6,407% to SAR 5.92 million, compared to SAR 91.06 million in the year-ago period.
