Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) inked two agreements at a combined value of SAR 188.71 million on 25 May 2023, according to a bourse disclosure.
MIS was awarded a project contract worth SAR 141.68 million from the National Center for Government Resources Systems (NCGR) to build the infrastructure for the unified government resource system.
The firm will be responsible for the supply and installation of infrastructure hardware and software consisting of several resources, including physical as well as virtual servers, and storage units.
Meanwhile, the 24-month deal will reflect on MIS’s income statements during the second quarter (Q2) of 2023.
In addition, the listed company signed a SAR 47.03 million agreement with Advanced Electronics Company to renew licences of computer programmes.
The contract holds a duration period of five years and has a financial impact on MIS during Q1-23 and Q2-23.
Last month, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) teamed up with MIS for a SAR 96.36 million project deal.
