Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profit of Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) has surged by 44.47% in the first half (H1) of 2022 to SAR 679 million, compared with SAR 470 million in the same period a year ago.
Revenues of the Saudi Arabia-based company totalled SAR 7.7 billion in H1-22, 5.17% higher than SAR 7.3 billion in H1-21, according to the interim financial results released on Thursday.
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2022, the net profits grew by 47.54% to stand at SAR 360 million, compared to SAR 244 million in Q2-21.
Furthermore, revenues increased by 4.59% on a yearly basis during Q2-22 to reach SAR 3.9 billion.
During Q1-22, Mobily logged net profits worth SAR 319 million, an annual jump of 41.15% from SAR 226 million.
