Dubai-Mubasher: Shareholders of National General Insurance (NGI) agreed on Sunday to distribute 10% cash dividends for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The dividends stand at a total of AED 15 million.
Shareholders also elected new board members for the period until the annual general meeting to be held in 2019.
