Riyadh – Mubasher: Nama Chemicals Company recorded net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 24.4 million during the first nine months of 2021 against net losses of SAR 20.56 million in the same period last year.
Revenues increased by 29.5% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 420.46 million in January-September 2021 from SAR 324.51 million, according to the initial financial results on Sunday.
Earnings per share amounted to SAR 1.05 at the end of September this year, against a loss per share of SAR 0.88 in the same period in 2020.
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, Zoujaj also turned profitable at SAR 4.86 million versus losses standing at SAR 9.9 million in Q3-20.
Revenues also soared by 34.8% YoY to SAR 134.81 million in Q3-21 from SAR 99.95 million.
Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the net profits in Q3-21 were 49% lower than SAR 9.57 million in Q2-21, while the revenues soared by 9.7% from SAR 122.83 million.
