Mubasher: National Cleaning said that Kuwait’s court has issued a ruling on Sunday, 3 February, in favor of the Boursa Kuwait-listed company against the legal representative of Kuwait Municipality.
National Cleaning will receive an amount of KWD 3.2 million from the legal representative with an annual legal interest of 7% starting from the date of issuing the ruling and until the amount is repaid as well as KWD 1000 legal fees, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
The financial impact of this court ruling will be an increase of KWD 3.2 million in National Cleaning’s revenues.
