Raysut Cement appoints new GM for UAE business

Muscat: Raysut Cement Company has appointed Ashley Bryan as General Manager of Pioneer Cement Industries which is owned 100 per cent by Raysut Cement Company, effective April 2018.

Ashley will report to Raysut’s CEO, Joey Ghose.

Aged 49, Mr. Bryan brings with him over 30 years of experience of the cement industry. Ashley began his career in the cement industry in 1988 and since then has worked in various engineering and operational roles in the UK, Nigeria and South East Asia.

He is a hands-on leader with an active interest in organisation development and operational excellence and is considered an experienced leader with a track record in developing highly effective teams and delivering world class operational performance through change and innovation.

Ashley said, “I am delighted to be joining the Raysut Group at such an exciting time in the company’s development. The integration of Pioneer and the organisation’s appetite for business expansion will be priority area of focus for me in my new role. I also look forward to bringing a fresh prospective to health and safety, people development and performance improvement.”
