Riyadh – Mubasher: Sadr Logistics Company has purchased a SAR 27.192 million land plot in the Industrial Gate City of Riyadh from the Arabian Masheed Company.
Spanning over 39.99 million square metres, the land comprises ten contiguous plots in the Industrial Gate City, under the supervision of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company will use the land for building logistic warehouses to provide warehousing services to customers.
The transaction was financed from the proceeds of the capital increase.
