Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Samena Limestone Company has sold its entire stake in Ras Al Khaimah Ceramics (RAK Ceramics) to Falcone Investments.
Samena Limestone Company owned 174.353 million shares of RAK Ceramics, representing 17.55% of the entire share capital, according to the company's recent disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
Following the completion of the transaction, Falcone Investments's shareholding in RAK Ceramics reaches 20.40% of the share capital.
It is noteworthy to mention that on Wednesday, 19 May, four block deals were executed on around 199.7 million shares of RAK Ceramics at a total value of AED 379.4 million.
