Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company announced the appointment of Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al Kharashi as the Chairman of the board for a three-year term starting 27 April 2021 and until 26 April 2024.
The company also appointed Bashar bin Abdulaziz Aba Al Khail as the Vice Chairman of the board for the same period.
Earlier this year, Saudi Paper filed a lawsuit against the former CEO Hassan bin Mrizn Asiree for violations worth SAR 40 million.
