Mubasher: Kuwait-based Senergy Holding Company reported a 4.5% year-on-year increase in losses during the first quarter of 2019.
Senergy Holding’s losses reached KWD 206,960 ($682,700) in Q1-19, up from KWD 198,150 ($653,640) during Q1-18, according to a filing to Boursa Kuwait on Monday.
The firm ascribed the rise in Q1-19 losses to a decrease by KWD 115,750 in the business’ revenues, along with a decline in costs at a value of KWD 113,290.
In 2018, Senergy Holding’s losses hit KWD 534,690, against a profit of KWD 71,870 a year earlier.
