Riyadh – Mubasher: Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 3.595 billion in 2022, up 0.10% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 3.591 billion.
Revenues amounted to SAR 10.25 billion last year, a rise of 5.85% from SAR 9.68 billion in 2021, according to the annual financial results.
Furthermore, the earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 4.96 as of 31 December 2022, versus SAR 4.94 a year earlier.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Sipchem generated SAR 3.11 billion in net profit after Zakat and tax, an annual hike of 37.23% from SAR 2.27 billion.
The company’s revenues surged by 23.80% to SAR 8.54 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 6.89 billion in 9M-21, whereas the EPS jumped to SAR 4.30 from SAR 3.12.
Last December, the Tadawul-listed firm disbursed SAR 1.08 billion as cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2022.
