Mubasher: Takaful International’s net profits for the second quarter declined by 24.4% in the second quarter of 2016, according to the unaudited financial results.
Net profits thus reached BHD 174,000 ($458,200) in Q, compared with BHD 230,000 ($605,700) for the prior-year quarter.
In the first six months, the company earned BHD 310,00, higher 532.7% year-on-year from BHD 49,000.
In the first quarter, the company turned a profit after gaining BHD 136,000 versus BHD 181,000 losses for the year-ago period.
