Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company has decided to appoint Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Azim as the Chairman of the company starting 14 October 2021.
The board also named Ibrahim Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shabib as the new Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Both officials will be assuming the positions for a three-year term until 13 October 2024.
The board, in its meeting on 17 October, confirmed the appointment of Mazen Al Asmari as the acting CEO of Tihama.
