Cairo – Mubasher: United Arab Stevedoring has reported a 30% year-on-year loss hike during the first six months of the fiscal year 2019/2020.
The company’s loss increased to EGP 15.68 million in H1-19/20, from EGP 12.03 million in the year-ago period, according to a bourse statement released on Thursday.
Revenue went down to EGP 5.62 million in the six-month period ended 31 December 2019, against EGP 6.37 million the year before.
It is noteworthy that United Arab Stevedoring’s loss declined to EGP 7.09 million in the first quarter of FY19/20, compared to EGP 8.3 million in Q1-18/19.
