Mubasher: Yiaco Medical Company reported KWD 28,170 in profits during the third quarter (Q3) of the year, versus losses of KWD 1.28 million ($4.22 million) for the same period last year.
In the first nine months of 2019, profits amounted to KWD 231,270, against losses of KWD 1.37 million in the corresponding period in 2018, according to the company’s statement to Boursa Kuwait on Monday.
Yiaco said that turning to profits resulted from calculating provisions in previous periods as well as earnings from settlements.
The company turned to profitability during Q2-19, recording KWD 98,980 ($326,070).
