Mubasher: Jordan’s National Steel Industry Company announced on Thursday that it finished procedures to increase its capital by JOD 770,049 to JOD 2.94 million with a nominal value of JOD 1 per share.
The company said in a statement that the capital raise came through capitalizing debts owed to Nasri Al Mufleh & Partners Trading Company and Ghassan Riad Said Al-Mufleh, and capital increase shares will be listed in Amman Stock Exchange next Sunday.
The Amman listed company earlier posted a net loss of JOD 264,900 in the first nine months of 2015, versus a profit of JOD 292,610 in the same period last year.
