Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of Abu Dhabi Aviation Company has sent a formal offer to acquire Falcon Aviation Services (FAS), an aviation services provider, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The potential acquisition of FAS is part of Abu Dhabi Aviation's strategic plan to expand and enhance assets and revenues.
In April, the company inked a letter of intent to consider fully acquiring Falcon Aviation Services.
