Mubasher: The board of Acico Industries has approved in Sunday’s meeting the offer submitted to own the real estate company Aslan.
Acico Industries will mandate the executive administration to study the presented offer as well as conducting the required procedures, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Acico asserted that it cannot currently determine the financial impact of the offer, until finalising the deal.
It is worth to mention that in the second quarter of 2019, Acico Industries turned to losses of nearly KWD 768,730.
Moreover, during the first half this year, the company posted an 80.7% annual decline in profits to about KWD 571,270.
