Mubasher: Al Masaken International Real Estate Development registered a decline of 62.2% in losses during fiscal year 2017 compared to the prior fiscal year.
Losses shrank to about KWD 733,670 ($2.45 million) in FY17 from KWD 1.94 million ($6.48 million) in FY16, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
The losses registered in FY17 are attributed to a decline in the estate sector in Kuwait.
