Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait on Sunday announced that Al Safa Holding has acquired around 1.77 million shares in Senergy Holding’s capital.
The process took place during Thursday’s trading session, 29 November, according to the bourse’s statement.
The value of each share fluctuated between 27.5 fils and 29.5 fils.
It is worth noting that Al Safa owns 18.85% of Senergy’s capital.
Senergy Holding last reported a 75.1% year-on-year drop in losses for the third quarter of 2018, reaching KWD 106,310 ($350,400), compared to KWD 427,070 ($1.41 million).
For the first nine months of 2018, losses of the Kuwait-based company fell 53% to KWD 426,610, from KWD 907,270 in the same period of the prior year.
By the end of Sunday’s session, Senergy’s stock rose 3.70% at 30.80 fils.
