Amman-Mubasher: Al Safweh for Financial Investments is in the process of increasing its capital, according to a filing to Amman Stock Exchange (ASE).
Jordan’s stock market regulator set 14 July as the record date for the company’s rights issue.
The company’s capital amounts to JOD 2.46 million, distributed on 2.46 million shares at JOD 1 par value each.
