Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat and tax of Alandalus Property Company reached SAR 66.77 million in 2022, lower by 1.78% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 67.98 million.
Revenues edged up by 0.80% YoY to SAR 216.11 million in January-December 2022 from SAR 214.39 million, according to the income statements.
The earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 0.72 last year, compared to SAR 0.73 in 2021.
Dividends for H2-22
The board of Alandalus Property announced interim cash dividends amounting to SAR 23.33 million for the second half (H2) of 2022.
Under the board’s decision that was determined on 9 March, the Saudi firm will disburse SAR 0.25 per share for 93.33 million eligible shares. The H2-22 dividends equal 2.50% of the share nominal value.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates for the dividends will be 16 and 28 March 2023, respectively.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the Tadawul-listed firm recorded 7.40% lower net profits after Zakat and tax at SAR 53.29 million, versus SAR 57.55 million in 9M-21.
