Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company has approved a cash dividend distribution of 76.15 piasters per share.
The company seeks to pay cash dividends to the eligible shareholders for fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, according to a nurse filing on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in FY20/21, the company reported a 5.56% decrease in net profits after tax to EGP 1.41 billion profits, compared to EGP 1.49 billion in FY19/20.
