Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development announced that 29.13 million out of 30.7 million shares were subscribed at a value of SAR 291.37 million in a rights issue.
The coverage percentage has reached 94.91%, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
Alhokair Group said the 1.56 million remaining shares will be offered for subscription on 10 August and until the following day.
The group aims to increase its capital to SAR 650 million through this rights issue.
