Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhaleej Training and Education Company has registered net losses after Zakat and tax worth SAR 5.09 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, down 33.01% from SAR 7.60 million in Q1-21.
The company generated SAR 231.23 million in revenue during the January-March 2022 period, a growth of 12.32% from SAR 205.87 million in Q1-21, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the loss per share plummeted to SAR 0.08 in Q1-22 from SAR 0.17 in Q1-21.
On a quarterly basis, the revenues in Q1-22 inched down by 1.05% from SAR 233.70 million in Q4-21, while the Saudi listed firm turned to losses against a net profit of SAR 20.35 million in Q4-21.
It is worth mentioning that Alkhaleej Training logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 7.93 million in Q3-21, higher by 21.47% than SAR 6.53 million in Q3-20.
