Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company announced Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Alkhorayef as the new Chairman of the board for the coming three years.
The Saudi firm also named Fahd Mohammed Alkhorayef as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, the two officials assumed their roles for a new term that began on 15 June 2023 and will remain in position until 14 June 2026.
The Chairman and Vice Chairman were elected during the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) that was held on 15 June, while the board members greenlighted the appointments on 18 June.
Last April, Alkhorayef Water teamed up with the National Water Company (NWC) for a SAR 1.62 billion project deal. Under the agreement, the listed firm will be responsible for the full operation and maintenance works of the existing three sewage treatment plants (STPs) in Riyadh.
