Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company accepted on 27 February the resignation of its CEO, Khalil bin Abdulfattah Kordi, due to personal reasons.
Kordi’s resignation will be effective starting from 1 March, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Amiantit’s board also approved the appointment of Feras bin Ghassab Al Harbi to be the new CEO of the company as of March.
Al Harbi held several positions in Amiantit, including the Group Chief Financial Officer and Group Chief Operating Officer.
In November 2021, the company had announced the appointment of Kordi as the CEO.
