Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Apex Investment Company, formerly known as Ras Al Khaimah Cement (RAK Cement), achieved net profits worth AED 153.62 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2022, a leap from AED 10.77 million in 9M-21.
Revenues amounted to AED 646.06 million in the January-September 2022 period, higher than AED 122.79 million during the same period a year earlier, according to the financial results.
The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose to AED 0.053 in 9M-22 from AED 0.021 in 9M-21.
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2022, the company’s net profits surged to AED 49.92 million from AED 17.96 million in Q3-21, while the revenues jumped to AED 205.06 million from AED 45.82 million.
The basic and diluted EPS stood at AED 0.014 during Q3-22, versus AED 0.036 in the year-ago period.
In the first half (H1) of 2022, Apex Investment turned profitable at AED 103.69 million, compared to net losses worth AED 7.18 million in H1-21.
